We specialize in reconditioning your Carpigiani or Coldelite beater bar. We bring your beater bar back into spec by virtually eliminating the gap between the cutting edge of your beater bar and the cylinder wall of your machine. The result in most cases is batch times return to its original 6 to 7 minutes.
In some cases the square end that goes into the machine gets rounded from wear over time. In these cases we build up the surface by welding it and then machine the square end profile back into spec.
